About Amélie Chaouat
Hey there! I'm Amélie Chaouat-actor, singer, writer, and a proud Texan. I recently graduated from Missouri State University with a BFA in Acting for Stage and Screen, plus a certificate in Acting on Screen.
I'm a huge thrifting enthusiast with a tiny shopping addiction. When I’m not taking long walks through thrift stores, you’ll find me out hiking or writing ridiculous comedy sketches. Comedy has played been a huge role in shaping my identity as an artist and a person. It holds a unique power to disarm, connect, and fully engage an audience. It continues to fuel my work and inspire my growth as an artist.
After graduating, I relocated to New York, where I performed in the workshop production of The Last Wish with Clubbed Thumb. My recent film credits include The Deal, The Twilight Lounge, and Curtain.
